Join us for the first Biz Brew networking event
You like beer. Check.
You are creative, care about innovation, entrepreneurship and starting or growing a business? Check.
Then you’re invited to Biz Brew, a new networking event, on April 18. The event is aimed at bringing together smart people interested in the community, in innovation and in fostering a culture for startup and emerging businesses in Siouxland.
Here’s the cool part: It’s free, and anyone can attend. There are no tickets, no requirements to speak and no business pitch. Just creative minds gathering to share a beer. Or two.
The current startup community in Sioux City is pretty quiet, but the excitement level is high. Our aim is to bring people together to learn from each other, collaborate on projects and create a positive environment for creating and growing companies.
Whether you’re a seasoned business owner, a young entrepreneur, an investor looking for the next great idea or just a citizen interested in fostering creative endeavors and entrepreneurship, come join us.
We’ll likely be a small group to start, but the intent is to attract speakers for future events who can share their business expertise with small and mid-sized companies across the region.
Join us April 18, from 5-7 p.m. (or stick around longer if you like). And bring a friend.
Find an official invite and RSVP on our Facebook page. And remember to follow us on Twitter.

This sounds great. I have a Homebuilders Event to be at that night, so please let me know when the next one is. Thank you!
This is the innagural Biz Brew. The aim is to do these on a regular basis. Maybe monthly, who knows. So you’ll have lots of opportunity to take part.
When are you having your next even? Don’t give up this is a great idea which I’m sure will catch on slowly but surely.
