Startup Weekend Sioux City

Startup Weekend Sioux City is a weekend-long, hands-on experience where entrepreneurs and aspiring entrepreneurs can find out if startup ideas are viable. Beginning with open mic pitches on Friday at the Ho-Chunk Centre, attendees bring their best ideas and inspire others to join their team. Over Saturday and Sunday teams will work from Springboard Coworking and focus on building a business through business model creation, coding, designing, and market validation. On Sunday evening teams demo their prototypes and receive valuable feedback from a panel of experts. Startup Weekends are the largest community of passionate entrepreneurs with over 1800 events in 120 countries around the world in 2014.
