2013 Midstates Community and Economic Development Conference

The 2013 Midstates Community and Economic Development Conference will be held this Thursday, April 4, 2013, at the Marina Inn in South Sioux City from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m.

This year’s conference, entitled Power of Partnerships, is designed to bring together individuals from the tri-state area to share experiences and exchange ideas regarding community and rural economic development.

Everyone from rural communities is invited, including community and business leaders, volunteers, professional developers, and elected officials. Workshops will be available on topics such as housing, leadership, entrepreneurship, creativity, and strategic partnerships.
